2016 Cougar XLite 27 RKS. Auto leveling with electric awning and lots of storage. Non smoking and never cooked in, still smells new. We are the second owner and this fifth wheel is ready for camping! Comes with hoses, supplies, Blackstone griddle, outdoor table, 2 Smart TV’s and brand new 12 ply tires. Typical wear for the age, but everything works well and was maintained by both owners. Has original bedding that was never used, original curtains in pristine condition. Bathroom used very sparingly and looks brand new. Dinette was always used as a bed so the cushions are in perfect condition, no stains or tears. The uncomfortable original love seat was replaced with a LaZBoy full size sofa. The original two recliners are comfortable and function well but are peeling. The couch and recliner positions are reversed when comparing to the floor plan picture. Only thing we'd recommend replacing is the awning. It's the original awning so it has a few pin holes in it. No tears or rips in awning and works fine-just showing its age.

Our story: We were camping in this fifth wheel when we purchased a newer model spontaneously. No room for two campers so we’re ready to sell this one. Conveniently located in Frankfort, right off I64 and close to Walmart.
