AC and heat, full kitchen plus outdoor kitchen with extra microwave, sink, and fridge. 17' electric awning plus electric jack stands. 2 slides, bunk room has 2 bunks plus pull out sofa, queen bedroom, plus living room has pullout sofa and U-dinette that converts to bed. Outdoor shower. This is PERFECT layout for kids as the bunk room has a slide so it's very spacious. No leaks. Non smoker. Dry weight 7740.
