This RV has been such a wonderful experence for my 6 grandchildrem. It gave us lots of room for 6 grandchildren, 2 moms, and 2 sweet dogs. Has glass door shower and outsie shower for dirty kids and dogs. Has G&E furnace and G&E hot water. Is designed for use below zero. With heated water tanks. The fold down solid steps are so much more sturdy. Bunkhouse has TV. Living area and master bedroon both have TVs. All lighting is LED. Two awanings both with LED light. Has outside kitchen with Frig, 2 burned stove and a sink. Axles are Torqflex. Black tank has flush. Single drain area for both tanks. Double 30 lb LP tanks. Kids are getting older and are busy now with other activities. So time to let someone else enjoy this great RV. If you have lots of adventurous children this is the camper you need. Used mostly close by so only has 6000. miles on it.
