2016 Grand Design Reflection 357BHS is the perfect Reflection fifth wheel from Grand Design for the larger family with 4 slide-outs, a rear bunkhouse, and one and a half baths (41’ long, 12,684 lbs. dry weight, 50 amp). A few standouts for this camper are all new upgraded tires in 2022 that also includes 2 spare tires. New Main 13,000 BTU Air Conditioning Unit (2022). New memory foam king mattress (2022). This camper has also been stored in a garage for some of its life when it was not in use so the roof and seals are in good shape. Exterior kitchen featuring a refrigerator, two burner stove top, single sink, microwave, and storage. The double slides in the kitchen/dining room make for a large living area. There is also a 39" TV with a fireplace. The kitchen has a 12 cu. ft. refrigerator, counter space, and a three-burner range with a microwave oven. There is a counter peninsula with a double sink, and plenty of storage both above and below the counter. The master bathroom features a shower with a seat and skylight, linen cabinet, toilet, and vanity with sink. The private front bedroom has a king bed slide-out, a dresser, and a full front wardrobe with washer and dryer prep on either end, plus a spot prepped for a TV. The rear bunkhouse has a half bath that is the perfect hangout for the kids or extra guests. There is a TV entertainment center with 30" x 74" bunk. A 28" x 60" lounge with drawers beneath stretched across the rear of the unit. On the right side, you will find a jackknife sofa bed beneath a 36" flip-up bed. The half bath just off the slide provides a toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet. There is some normal wear and tear with this camper but what would be expected for normal use. This is a well-designed and built camper with numerous positives. If you have never owned a Grand Design they are amazing and we have really loved this camper but have to sell due to financial reasons.
