The abundant storage of the manufacturer's floor plan has been augmented to accommodate owner hobbies. A work desk is placed at the end of the sofa. This is in addition to the floor plan dinette computer workstation. Hidden additional storage space has been added beneath the sofa.
The unit has always been stored under cover when not in use.
All regular maintenance as described in manufacturer literature has been done on schedule. In July, 2023, regular maintenance of oil, filter, chassis , etc. was done. In addition all house batteries were replaced. Maintenance records and additional pictures are available.
Since the motorhome was purchased weather related disasters, COVID, and personal illness have prevented extended use. Owner is selling for health reasons.
The only defect in this unit is the upholstery on the passenger seat has peeling and cracking ( see pictures). All other upholstery is in good condition. We just haven't had time to fix the seat, we have been busy selling our house and moving to a smaller dwelling. The motorhome price reflects the need for seat recovering. If the motorhome is not sold by the time this ad expires it will be removed from sale until we have been able to recover the seat. However, when relisted the price will probably be higher and closer to the price of units with similar description and claiming no problems. So, if you want a bargin. Now is the time.
