2008 Lance 830 with wet bath and hard 2 find fold out tent option. Dry weight 2240 lbs. Very comfortable for 2, but can sleep up to 6 with the fold out tent option. Uses and destinations only limited by your imagination. I have used in 0-100 degree weather with no problems with the tent folded up. I've had the tent out in 30-80 degree weather without problems. Professionally installed solar polar with a 1500 W inverter so I can boondock with an espresso machine. It also comes with a portable Craftsman generator to run the AC while boondocking in the summer and an extra propane tank so you don't have to worry about running your propane tank empty during the winter. I've upgraded the TV and it is wired for sat TV along with handheld Dyson vacuum which helps keep clean ups quick and easy. AC, Fridge, Furnace, 2 burner stove and microwave all run great without problems. Had roof resealed in 2022 after sealing around AC wore out. Electric jacks upgraded in 2018 at Lance factory. Selling with 4x4 2010 F250 Crewcab Diesel with Lariat trim, 140,000 miles with complete set of winter tires and rims along with tailgait when camper not in use for $32,830. Will sell truck separately, but only after camper has sold.
