2012 8-11SE Northern-Lite in great condition. I am the third owner and have had this unit for 3-seasons. My wife and I have had many adventures with this camper. It has never failed us!
The following items have been updated on the camper.
1) (2) New front Happijac 4820 (2400lbs each).
2) (2) New AGM 100amh batteries.
3) (1) New battery shunt and battery monitor.
4) (1) Stable Camper set for stabilizing the camper while it is sitting on the ground.
5) Level Mate Blue tooth leveling system.
6) Back splash around kitchen area.
7) Roof had sealant redone last season.

Camper has two awnings (side and back) and both work and both are manual.
Everthing in and on the camper is functional and in good condition. The only exception is the front small window on the drivers side up by the bed has a bad shock so it wont stay open, but it does close and latch fine.
The camper also will come with a cover and (4) torklift tie-downs.
