Motivated Sellers!! Opportunity knocks just in time for fall camping or hunting season. Affordable fifth wheel for sale. We purchased this camper from my brother in 2014 and he delivered to our lake lot where it sat under our Carolina Caport. (We had no truck to travel with it) Several seasons was never even used due to busy work schedules. We moved to a different lake lot a couple of months ago and have been using this camper successfully for the last couple of months. (Water/electric/sewer etc.) We do not have a carport on this lot yet and have purchased a pull behind trailer that fits our needs better so we need to make room for it. The carpet is somewhat spotted due to me mistakenly cleaning with clorox wipes :( It would be a nice upgrade to replace the carpet with some trendy easy to care for LV flooring.
