Trailer has upgraded larger propane tanks, dual 12V batteries (stored on a trickle charger), propane/electric fridge, propane/electric heater, microwave. Appliances still have the protective plastic on it. Electric stabilizer jacks and pre-wired for solar (not included). Wingard Wifi Extender. AC blows cold and propane heat blows hot. A quick connect has been installed for propane stove/bbq/firepit. Tons of storage and easy access for winterization. Everything works and is ready to go!

Dry weight is around 5,100 pounds. Towed with a half-ton truck (or full-size SUV), no problems. We loved this thing for long weekends at the beach. So much so, we bought an upgraded truck and upgraded trailer. That's the only reason we're selling it.
