2020 TITANIUM Timber Ridge 22FQS

Excellent condition and no issues. Wintered in an enclosed garage when not in use. Original owner, no accidents, non-smoking. We have put this travel trailer through its paces and it excelled in every regard. Our needs have changed, though, and we are switching to a toy-hauler trailer.

Presumably, if you are reading this ad, you already know what you're looking for: a superior build by a reputable manufacturer, a high quality fit and finish, and a large enough floorplan to be comfortable but a small enough footprint to get into most campgrounds. Worth noting is that this specific unit was made in October 2020 (so just now hitting the 3-year mark) meaning its build preceded the Covid supply chain and staffing issues experienced throughout the RV industry. Our favorite feature (and one we will sorely miss!) has been the leveling system. Setting up is a quick and easy process and, once done, walking inside feels more like you're in a stick-built cabin than a camper on wheels. Breaking down camp for travel is equally easy. We could be out of a site, start to finish, in less than 30 minutes without rushing. We also love the incredible amount of counter space in the kitchen and the natural light and views from all the windows/skylights. There's ample storage in the deep closets and cupboards, and in the deep drawers that fully extend on metal glides. But if that's not enough, there's storage under the bed and sink, as well as in the insulated pass-through compartment and behind the dinette drawers.

Options/upgrades we elected at purchase include: 16" Goodyear 235/R80 tires, a 12V heat pad for the fresh water tank, a 2" receiver hitch and Toy-Lok, the Off-Grid solar package with (2) 170-watt panels, the Off-Grid battery rack (capacity 4 batteries), and (2) Maxx-Air Deluxe vent fans (bed and bath). Additional upgrades we made after purchase include: leveling feet snap pads, a combo/key front door lock, a slam bar on the screen door, Airtabs (www.airtab.com), a step stabilizer, a dimmer switch over the dinette, and an LG 120V 32" TV (to replace the 12V TV that died). This unit also has brand new tires, a new 12V deep cycle flooded battery, a new OneControl Touch Panel screen (for the leveling system) and a new never-been-slept-on Wilderness RV mattress.
