This unit is basically a two bedroom two bath mini house. I purchased it used two years ago and put on my property under a carport to live in as a built my house. It's only been driven by me a 100 miles from the dealership to the lot. the tires are in perfect condition the exterior is in excellent condition and the interior is in very good condition it comes with a washer dryer unit installed. I have a skirt and insulation for the bottom of the trailer as well as a nice set of stairs with a deck that I can be include. I have and Andersson fifth wheel hitch I can include as well
