Description
We really like this RV but travel plans we had to visit daughter in ME have changed, she moved back here. Only had it out twice since April 2022, camping with friends. My wife even made a custom cushion for the table to bed conversion area if you have a third person.
The K-Z is easy to hook up and set up for us as first time RVers. It has a very high ground clearance compared to other comparables we saw and for off the grid set up (hunting and fishing) should make it easy to haul in rough terrain. Light weight and low cost on gas; we haul with our Highlander V-6. We added an anti-sway package and a brake controller so as older first timers, it would handle well in windy or slippery conditions, worth $2000. Has AC (and heat if you need it) works great (meat locker cold if you wish) and all the walls and roof of unit are well insulated.

We bought a travel trailer service contract from CornerStone RV that says its transferable which comes with it which covers critical repair costs other than consummables (brake pads, propane, etc.) worth $2800.
The gray water tank at 32 gallons and the black water at 30 was enough and the fresh water and cable hookups are easy to use as well. Even has a tank heater for folks who like Northern exposures (cold temp RVing). Also has a solar hook up if you want to add a solar panel and a ready to plug in rear view camera mount if you like seeing behind you on the road or backing up.
Kitchen area is easy to use. Gas stove is great for cooking and the microwave is turntable and pretty large. Refrigerator and freezer runs on electric or propane and is plenty big for 2-3 people. Light and airy inside with windows all around. Stereo and TV with swing mount as well. The mini-queen is comfortable and has storage cubbies for cloths and cosmetics. On nice days, the awning gave us cover to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. Safety wise it has both monoxide and fire alarms. Shower and the toilet were not tiny like some of the shorter units.
While we'd like to keep it, it is more than this retired couple want to spend since we lack the Northern destination we had when we bought it. Since it is in great shape for a 2019, we hope we can find it a nice home. We even upgraded the vinyl flooring to a beautiful vinyl, interlocking plank style.
All wastewater hoses, 1 fresh water filter, chock blocks and anti-sway bar set up come with it.
