Condituion Notes:

• There is some internal seperation of the ceiling covering from the ceiling, likely caused by small water leaks. All roof joints have been thoroughly sealed with butyl tape and no current leaks are known.
• The screen/cover on the front window does not retract properly and makes it not very functional.
• Otherwise the camper has been carefully mainted and is in excellent working order.
