Purchased this RV for sleeping quarters when working out of state. I have spent in excess of $70k, both purchasing it & upgrading this RV. This RV is clean, well maintained and in very good condition. Has lots of other added features like reverse osmosis, cameras for all angles while driving, winter skirt by the skirting company Custum made. All tanks are heated, upgraded insulation, tire pressure monitor system, 4 total Smart TV screens. Upgraded propane tanks from 20# to 30# each, with new cover. Installed 2 new awning to cover both slide outs protection from leaves & other debris on top of slide outs while parked. Great hitch setup. Infant water heater.
