Load up your family and head out to the campground with this lite weight excellent condition RV. 48" x 72" double bed and 36" x 72" lower twin bed. There is also a 73" sofa that lays flat so you can bring down the queen size murphy bed. The murphy bed is super comfortable and allows you to get in and out of bed without having to climb over the other person. Uses normal queen size bedding. This model has a driftwood interior with solid wood and raised panel doors and drawers. TV, AM/FM radio, CD player with outdoor speakers. All of the furniture is in great condition with no stains or tears. There are no smells in the camper and everything works as it should. Heating and cooling is in excellent working order. The only reason we are selling this camper is that our kids are grown and we don't get to use it often. The outdoor kitchen in this model has been removed to make more storage. Bedding and storage items can be included if needed.
