It's a Newmar. Perfect coach for 1st timers. 56K miles on a Cummins (360) diesel means it's just getting broke in and hasn't been sitting under a tree rotting. This coach has been properly used and maintained. The bath and 1/2 is a big plus for occasional visitors. The opposing sofas create a nice conversation area when you have company. Also makes for a perfect spot for the dogs. The TV across from the sofa retracts on the televator so you can enjoy the view of the Mountains or the Lake by day and TV by night. The generator, leveling jacks, air conditioners, hot water heater, washer & dryer, along with all other appliances and components are in good working condition. Call me to learn more.
