I bought this brand new last summer, then spent one month hauling it from Oregon to New York with a Ford Expedition. At the time, I wanted the most insulated vehicle (concerned about the colder climate of the NE and fuel costs) but still light enough to tow without buying a large truck. This was the perfect RV for size, weight and features. The underbelly is insulated and heated when the furnace runs so none of the tanks can freeze.

We've been using it for camping all this summer and absolutely love this RV like "our first home" but it's time to downsize. It has an "outdoor kitchen" with 2 burner propane stovetop, mini fridge, electric outlet and water hookup. Hot/cold outdoor shower hookup. Gas hookup for a propane grill of your choice. Indoor and outdoor Bluetooth speakers. Plenty of outlets inside and out and 2 USB ports near every bed for modern gadgets.

It is plug-in ready for solar. Has 2 car batteries. 1slide out. The refrigerator and water heater both run on propane and/or electricity. Gas furnace. Uses 30amp plug in at RV parks but works absolutely fine on a household extension cord, you just can't run everything at once without popping a breaker. Has 2 x 30gallon propane tanks which I've only refilled once.
