This 2008 Raptor 3612 DS fifth-wheel toy hauler features a 12-ft. deep garage with a solid door/wall separation from the living area of the coach. As its builder, Keystone, dubbed."Living with a garage, not in one." This model was part of the Raptor lineup, which is known for its rugged design and ability to accommodate both living space and recreational vehicles.

Inside, it offers a comfortable living space combined with a dedicated area for hauling recreational vehicles. The sofa and table offer additional capacity for beds in addition to the loft area and retractable beds in the garage area.

The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, and sink. It also has a microwave and ample storage for utensils and cookware.

The master bedroom contains a comfortable walk-around queen-size bed, overhead cabinets, and a wardrobe. The master bedroom also houses the ensuite bath with vanity/sink, stand-up shower stall and separate commode closet with full length privacy door.

The key feature of the Raptor 3612DS is its toy hauler section, which allows for the transportation of motorcycles, ATVs, or other recreational vehicles. The toy hauler area is located at the rear of the RV and is separated from the living space by a solid partition with a man door providing true isolation of the garage from the living area of the coach. This area features the electric drop-down beds. Both are queen-sized for enhanced sleeping capacity.

The storage capacity of this RV is amazing. It includes a pass-through storage accessible from both sides, pull out totes in the rear, ample cabinets and the table benches add additional storage.

I am the second owner of this RV and it has been kept very clean for the next adventure. The roof was recoated this summer by a local RV repair shop in addition to installing a new awning. A quick connect propane fitting has been plumbed from the 2- 7-gallon tanks to allow for a BBQ to connect (BBQ included) with no worries of bringing extra propane. The on-board generator runs off the 30-gallon tank that can also be used to fuel toys. The batteries are good and come with connections to add fluid to keep them working great.
