SALE PENDING 

BACKGROUND: When I relocated to FL I continued to work 10 days monthly at my NJ position. For the year I did this, the Roadtrek was the perfect studio apartment on wheels for the weeks I lived in NJ. However, I had to give up the job and stay in Florida due to family commitments. The RoadTrek needs a new home. I, the owner, live in FL, but the Roadtrek is staying with my friend in Highland Mills,NY. My friend has the title and is able to sell it; there will be no paperwork delays. I will answer initial inquiries via phone and email, but my friend in NY will be the one actually showing/selling the Roadtrek.
VEHICLE DETAILS: I purchased the van 11/2021 from the original owner with 112,000+ miles. There are only 73 hours on the generator. The van has had the sway bar  bushings replaced and the power steering pump replaced   This year the batteries on the engine and the interior were replaced as were the brakes and Triplett RV power converter. Tires are in good shape, back door has a fitted mosquitoes screen and has a locking gas cap. The electric charging harness from the engine to the interior battery was also replaced this year. I've also installed a trickle charger on the engine battery - leave it plugged in when not in use and it always starts up, no matter how long it's been or how cold the weather. 
SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY, PLEASE: Before calling, please review prices for similarly aged and outfitted vehicles. Other vans are listed with high asking prices; they are in pristine condition. This Roadtrek has a lower price due to acknowledged issues. The smaller rear side window needs to be replaced, some cosmetic issues with the body work and someone pointed out evidence of old water damage. The leaks were repaired by the previous owner and I've never experienced any water leaks. If you're looking for a perfect vehicle, this isn't it. But it does what it was built for; travel and housing. You can save tens of thousands on this slightly less than perfect vehicle which needs a little work.
