Hello and welcome!

We purchased this RV last year for our family. We wanted to test out RV life with the kids before they graduated High School. We drove her from Salem Oregon to Libby Montana and it was wonderful. We also took it on about 7 local camping trips in the year we had it. We have had NO PETS in this RV since the remodel. With the project of the RV being done and the kids even older we have decided to sell it. Let me tell you this RV gets all the WOWS when people walk in it. We have remodeled it so beautifully. It has practically all new everything:

*Brand new Brakes and Tires in the rear done in July 2023 - This alone was around $2500 (Front were still pretty new when we bought it)

*New RV Jackknife Sleeper Sofa with Suprima Leather

*New Above Cab Trupedic Queen Size Futon mattress from Pier One
*New curtains throughout the RV - Curtains will need added to the Above Cab area if desired
*New smart TVs in the main living space (24") and the Bedroom (32") The 24" TV in the main living space can swivel between the above cab area and the rest of the living space.
*New Black RV Stove/Range with light up temperature controls
*All new light fixtures throughout with decretive lights in both the bedroom and Above Cab area.
*New Sinks in the Bathroom and Kitchen. Large basin sink in the kitchen and above counter sink in the bathroom
*New Black Sink faucets in the bathroom and kitchen
*New Hardware throughout all cabinetry and doors
*New LVP flooring throughout
*New Ceramic RV toilet with slow closing lid
*New Cabinet Rhino Liners in all cabinets and drawers
*New Artwork throughout
*New mounted fire extinguisher
*New Windshield Bra

Aside from all these new items we've had it in the shop for proper sealing and also had the windows re-sealed. All fans and air conditioner work. Refrigerator works great. The interior of the RV was painted with a high quality primer and paint from Sherwin Williams. Custom outlets (USB/Nightlight) throughout.ALL DECOR IS INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE.

And onto what I suppose you could call "The Bad"

With most Above Cab RV you can experience some leaking and we like many others did. We have had this professionally remediated and repaired. We have receipts for this all if you are wanting to view.
