Hot water is supplied from a propane-burning Girard Tankless water heater.The kitchen features a residential sized refrigerator, a microwave with convection oven, and a propane/induction cooktop. There is a dinette that seats four and two theater seats facing the main TV. Has a Winegard antenna that allows you to switch between cable TV and free local TV. Add a sim card and you have 4G and WiFi. We also added a Dish network system.The large over-cab bunk has a huge roof-top curved-glass window with a power-operated sliding cover. For added privacy we bought a custom-fit set of WeatherTech sunshades for the windows in the cab.We added a full set of SnapPads to the automated leveling jacks and there are six extra leveling blocks for those sites that might need a little additional adjustment.On the outside you have a 14’ awning with rope lights. The third TV set is built-in on the outside. In the outside compartments, items we are leaving include a Weber table-top propane grill, a propane firepit, a large outdoor carpet with hold-down stakes, two folding tables (one is teak) and two folding chairs to complete your camp set-up.We also purchased everything you need for hooking up utilities at an RV park and all are included. There are two Rhino Extreme 15 foot sewer hoses with a transparent elbow with a 4-in-1 dump station fitting, and a sloping support system. You have two 25’ drinking water hoses with a pressure reducer included. In addition to the 50 Amp shore power cord, there are two dogbone adapters – a 50 to 30 Amp, and a 30 to 15 Amp, and a 50 Amp surge protector.
