This is a four season 5th wheel trailer with high density block foam insulation and R-18 in the ceiling. 
Heated holding tanks. 
We were in the Great Basin NP and Petrified Forest State Park in 2022. Nightly temperatures dropped into the teens and nothing froze. 

Fresh water heated tank is 54 gallons. 
Grey water tank is 40 gallons. 
Black water tank is 35 gallons.
