This is not your typical Bunkhouse travel trailer for sale. We did not buy this bunkhouse for our six kids, three dogs, two cats and pet iguana. My wife and I are seniors (60+) and the main purpose for this purchase was for our special-needs adult son to have a bedroom of his own when we went camping. So, this bunkhouse was basically used for three people only.

Our main purpose for selling our camper is our son has lost interest in camping.

We are also not your typical campers. We basically use this camper as just a hotel room at the campground. We are the campers that leave early in the morning enjoying our day’s activities and not returning till late at night. We eat all our meals out and have cooked maybe once or twice in our camper. On the rare occasion we did make meals we would use the outside kitchen. There have been no children, pets, or smoking in this camper. It still has a semi new smell to it. We are the original owners buying this camper brand new.

95% of all the trips we have taken with this camper have been local three day weekend trips up in the Catskills or down the Jersey shore. We have never camped out long term in our camper.

This camper has been well-maintained with recent maintenance last season to include wheel bearings packed and brakes checked.Upgrades include: a backup camera, tire monitoring pressure system, queen size mattress for front bedroom, twin size mattress for the rear bedroom, and Goodyear Endurance tires.

Camper will include all the accessories to include sewer lines, water hoses, camper storage cover, and tow hitch with stabilizer bars.

Camper is in very good shape. Only issue we have had is a tree branch scrape the right rear corner last season, which made a small slight tear in the roof which has been patched. Other than that, no major issues with the camper.
