This is a well maintained trailer with some custom updates.
- Electric tongue jack installed 5/19 after 1 year of use.
- Replaced bed base with 5/8" plywood for better support.
- TV support bracket installed in living area
- Bike rack receiver installed on rear bumper
- On/off valve installed on indoor shower head
- Goodyear Endurance tires replaced 8/16/22, currently have approx. 6K miles on them
- Trailer is dual axle, bearings have been repacked approx. every 5K miles
- Roof has been resealed every year
- Trailer is covered during winter storage
The unit has 2 20lb propane tanks, 44 gal. fresh water capacity, 39 gal grey tank and 39 gal. black tank.
We, my wife and I, have been able to camp at electric only sites for long weekends without exhausting our fresh water supply and without using our full waste tank capacities.
All systems are operating properly, AC, heat and hot water. Refrigerator, microwave and stove/oven all operating properly.

This rig has been very reliable and comfortable for two people vacationing in a variety of weather conditions. My wife and I have decided to upgrade.
