Willing to also include queen sofa sleep in living room as shown in pics, as well as dining room table and chairs. Buyer will be responsible for moving costs of home - axels have been removed - rough moving costs below. Range, furnace and hot water heater run on propane. Would make a great ADU. Non-smoking home.

House measurements: 33'4"L x 11'2" wide. That does not include the decks. The front deck is covered and an additional 8' (for a total length of 41'4"). Upstairs loft is 15'8"x11'6".

House is currently located in 97135. Transportation cost is $3,000 for transit w/in 100mi radius. Beyond that distance - it's $10-15/mi depending on destination (ex: WA is $15/mi). That does not include separation or moving of side deck (trex) and shed. That has to be moved separately.
