• May be one of the cleanest, low milage 2010 Lazy Daze in existence.
  
  We are the second owners. Purchased the unit 3 years ago with only 3,400 miles and 16 hours on generator.
  
  The refrigerator was not working, so we replaced it at the Lazy Daze factory with a brand new Dometic frost-free gas/elec unit.
  
  The LD Factory also replaced the converter as the current models. Works perfectly with the solar system.
  
  Traveled (5) trips cross country averaging 5000 miles each way - nothing but minor issues.
  
  In 2021 our tow vehicle was struck from behind and slightly bent the rear bumper on our LD.
• The LD factory recommended a custom California repair facility - so that is where it was repaired. Perfect work. And as an upgrade the trailer hitch bolts, washers, and nuts were all replaced with #8 Grade material as recommended by vetern LD owners. The tow package with 2" receiver hitch has a 6 pole trailer plug and includes a charging line for your tow.

The interior is Cherry wood maghany and as you can see by the photos very gently used.

Factory high back reclining cab seats upholstered in Tan Ultra Leather. Very comfortable.

Numerous incandescent lights, and twin tube thin-lite fluorescent lights - with additional 12V lights as backups.

The roof and the entire coach exterior is aluminum. We applied 2 coats of Kool-Seal primer, and 2 final coats. The roof is white and has never leaked.

• One small window glass chip in the windshield, repaired by SaftiGlass Company.
  The roof air conditioning (which is also a heat pump) works fine with no issues. The RV drives and tracks wonderfullly. Tons of storage space inside and out. Carries a full spare tire in the continental kit on the rear. One window pane (there are two) in the shower is partiallly cloudy. We never see it because it is in the shower behind a rubberzied curtain. But it is a slide window and can be opened. We replaced both batteries 2020-21 with T-105's - with a easy fluid fill battery system.
