The Lance camper is the best made camper on the market. The Lance Lite 845 model has a 8 ft 6" interior floor, and not only fits long bed truck beds, but will also fit short bed pickups like mine, that you see pictured. The camper comes with 12 volt and 110 vac lighting , running water and complete bathroom with shower. For cooking there is a 4 burner propane stove and a 4 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer thatr runs on 12v, 110 vac and propane, as well as a microwave overn. The air conditioner is 18,000 btu'sand is in perfect working condition. Every system works except furnace. I haven't bothered to see what is wrong with it, since I have only used the camper two summers.

There is water damage at the front cap just above the front window. You can see a little rippling of the interior wall board as seen in photos. There is no damage to the outside wall or cap. There are no leaks on roof.
