Selling a 2022 Grand Design Solitude 3550 BH-R fifth wheel, great for families with the bunk room in the rear of the camper. Additionally, this camper is one of the few fifth wheels that is under 40 ft long. This RV has 3 slides, 2 opposing slides in the living room/kitchen which opens up creating a lot of space inside. The 3rd slide opens the front bedroom and the bathroom which provides a spacious shower. This RV also has a generous storage compartment in the rear of the camper, providing a lot of outside storage options including the front storage and pass-through storage. This RV also has a lot of windows, primarily on the camp side, which offers a lot of viewing area outside, as well as a window in the front bedroom. All windows have shades for privacy as well as blocking the sun/heat. This RV also has the residential package, which comes with a 18 cu ft residential refrigerator and inverter (includes ice maker). We ordered this RV with the upgraded 8K axles (which increases the GVWR to 18,000 lbs) and has the Morryde CRE 3000 suspension. It also has disc brakes along with the heat pump and 3rd A/C which is placed in the rear bunkroom. The main AC is in the living room and the other AC is in the front bedroom, making it a lot easier to cool this RV in hotter weather.
