Pre-pandemic trailer, manufactured 12/2019. Stored in enclosed garage when not in use. Averaged about 40 days out in the elements each camping season. Winterized with RV antifreeze each winter. Gas/electric water heater, electric fireplace, private bedroom with queen bed, bunk room (with a door) with 3 bunks and dinette which converts to a fourth bed, lots of space with the slide, 12V refrigerator, 3 burner range with oven. Maxair covers on the roof vents and screens on the furnace and water heater exhaust, awning lights. All season camping package. Lights in outdoor storage/kitchen. Motion detection lights in the pass through storage. Slam close latches on pass through storage. Some wear and tear after three seasons of use by our family and pets. Awning was damaged in a storm, but was repaired; new arms, brackets, motor. Awning fabric had some damage, but was reused. 10,000lb Blue Ox SwayPro hitch work and/or TrailerValetXL can be negotiated you are interested. Will include rear monitor camera and tire pressure monitoring system. We have had some great times in this trailer and hoping another family will too.

We are selling due to our complex medical needs child needing more space on long trips for equipment, so we are looking for something drivable.
