32 foot with one slide out. Very good condition and clean. Was living in a full-time and in the process of renovating when I found out I have to move and sell my camper. Life happens.

1) New Queen mattress 9 months ago. Has always had a waterproof cover and a mattress top cover on top. Like new condition and supercomfortable. Took care of a lot of my back pain.
2) Walk-in closet: The frame for one bunk remains with under storage. You will love having great closet space.
3) Removed dinette table and it's booths. Had planned on putting in shelves, small cafe table/chairs and a small desk. I love how it opened up the area. You can furnish the area to suit you
