I will disclose all the things that have been done to this trailer and want to be completely honest so that the potential buyer is aware and knows any issues.In 2020, I missed greasing a bearing and burned up the bearing, the spindle was warped having me to have the rear axle replaced. Since this was during covid, the shop had trouble finding a 3500 lbs. axle to match the original, so I went ahead and did an upgrade to a 6000 lb. axle. This has no effect on the trailer, it just makes it stronger and a larger payload possible. The only other thing that has happened was over the years the bathroom sink connection had been leaking unknown to me. A soft spot finally developed in front of the bathroom sink (no mold) and after investigation found that the floor, which is made up of foam and plywood had gotten wet. I took it to the shop, and he stated a repair would run me 3500 if I wanted it back to original specs or just to do the epoxy repair method that can be found on the internet. I had the shop put me on his repair list, but he is booked out till February 2024, and went ahead and did the epoxy method in the meantime. The repair turned out great and the repair shop said it is stronger than the original so I may just keep it. I am passing these savings on to the buyer, but once I have it fixed in February the price will increase. The added options at the factory/dealer are a 50-amp service that runs both AC units at the same time.This trailer has been stored under cover for all its whole life and you can see it in a picture. The shop also did an inspection of the trailer and said it is in excellent condition and the roof looks new. The tires are Upgraded “E” rated Goodyear Endurance tires that were installed 9/22 and have maybe 1000 miles on them. Since I have never blown a tire, the skirts and underbelly are in perfect shape and are original. The mattress is not original and is clean but is an option to leave out and purchase your own.
