Immaculately maintained 31’ travel trailer which has been parked on a permanent lot in Down by the River Campground in Pineola, NC its whole life so there is no road wear on this camper. It was used on occasional weekends each summer by my two parents who took excellent care of the camper. They were depression-era children who cherised and cared for everything they attained in life. My Dad still camps with me and he can tell you all the details about the camper.

This floorplan includes the two optional, upgraded recliners, a 3-person sofa which becomes a bed, bench-style dining table which seats four and also becomes a bed. This trailer has a queen bed in the bedroom, a couch that has an electric pump inflatable queen mattress, plus a dining table that becomes an almost twin-sized bed. One of its best features is a huge window in the living room area behind the two recliners--just great for a nice view of a river or mountains, etc., wherever you park it. The kitchen includes a microwave and refrigerator, oven, and stove-top and lots of cabinet space. The den has a flat-screen TV, a sound system we've never used, but I'm sure works fine. The bathroom has a camp toilet, 3 storage cabinets, sink, and separate shower. The bedroom has a queen bed with storage underneath, cabinets above the bed, a small nightstand, and an armoire for your clothes with 5 more drawers around it. There is beautiful wood cabinetry throughout the camper which has been cleaned and polished with Murphy's oil soap every single year.
