We love this Lance camper and have had many experiences, including two weeks in the bush in Canada several times. A great feature is the side door, as you can easily use/access the camper without activating the slideout if you choose to. Smoke and animal free. It holds two 30lb propane tanks and two additional are available, one AGM battery included, an outdoor shower, and a lot of interior and external storage. The interior is in excellent condition, and the unit is clean overall. Dry bathroom with 24-gallon gray and 16-gallon black holding tanks. Six cubic feet refrigerator with a freezer and 20M BTU furnace. Hatch cover, electric fan in bathroom, and thermostat-controlled fan in the central area of the camper. This camper requires a 3500, long-bed truck. We currently use a truck with dual wheels. The truck is not for sale. Happijac tie-downs are included. You will need brackets for happijacs (or equivalent) installed on your truck. The exterior needs some TLC, and we would invest the time and energy to do so because we love this camper; however, my husband was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer, and our priorities have changed. We converted many of the lights to LED and changed the windows' screens to keep "see-me-knots" from coming into the camper. The camper had arrived with a microwave; however, last year, it expired, and we chose not to replace it.
