This little Hummingbird 17RB camper is in excellent condition. No known problems and no accident history. All systems are in good working condition including AC, refrigerator, heater, convection microwave, etc. New Interstate RV battery installed SEP of 2023. All tires, including spare tire in good condition (LT215/75R15D). No children or pets have been in camper. Owners are non-smokers. Camper is normally stored under covered, protected parking area but does show some normal (minor) sun fading from camping. Camper also has a bumper-mount outdoor, propane cooking grill that is not shown in photos.
