My boyfriend and I had good intentions on using it, unfortunately we have not used it like I wanted too. Our lives seem to be too busy to find the time. I have gradually lowered the price over the past year and cannot go lower than the current price. I do have a lien on the camper but if you decide to buy it, we can go to the bank and make the transaction so you can be sure it gets paid off, or we can set up a wire transfer directly to the bank to give you the security of knowing the lien will be released. I am the second owner. When I bought it, it had only been used 3 times by the first owner. We have only used it 4 times. We just don't have time to use it and it needs to go to a family that loves camping and wants to make good use of it. Beautiful, comfortable, spacious camper. Center island, built-in desk, heating/vibrating comfortable recliners, TV, propane-powered fireplace/heater. Upgraded queen mattress (picture only shows a mattress topper, but it does have a mattress on the bed) Comes with lots of things that you will need while camping, dishes, silverware, pans, skillet, baking sheets, pot holders, towels, and washcloths. Also comes with a Firman Generator, solar panel, and a Dish Satellite Dome you can use to watch TV (must pay for a subscription). Built-in TV, CD player/radio. Has outdoor cooking area with propane stove. We have used it in the heat of summer and the middle of a snowstorm in Wyoming. Stayed cool/warm and functional. We did go to a very remote area that had some up and down roads and the jacks got bent. They are just factory installed cheap manual jacks. We never even used them. I priced some and I think to replace it would be about $200 but you don’t have to have them. We had some maintenance and upgrades added when we first bought it. I have included a picture of the invoice. Its in great condition but not perfect condition.
