Great for larger families or for Hunters/Fishing Leases needing more sleeping capacity on location or anyone that wants an affordable cozy option for full time living or a second home. The unit was purchased 2 mos ago for full time live in for my son that ended up deciding on a full time home. We've updated with new cabinet paint to lighten and modernize the living area, added a new Cedar butcher block dining table, custom cedar trim to dining booth and a new leather type sofa. Already had nice newer comfy mattress in MBR. TV viewable from living and Master. Jenson reciever with sound throughout and outside works great and includes bluetooth capability.
