No one has ever smoked in it. The shades have been kept closed to prevent interior fading. The couch, table, cushions, kitchen cabinets, and counters are all in excellent condition. There are 2 exterior doors, the main entrance and a separate bathroom entrance, plus a bunk access rear door. The A/C and heat both work very well. Hot water can be run with electric or propane. The bathroom has a shower/tub and a Ceramic Toilet. The main bedroom has a King Bed with overhead/side cabinets and a closet. The Bunks, Awning, Stabilzers, and Jack are all powered making setup a breeze. Appliances are spotless: Oven, Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator/Freezer, TV wth DVD player. The hitch comes with Sway Bars and there are 2 x 30lb propane tanks in front with a brand new battery ready to go.
