We’ve had bushels of fun in our fifth-wheel during the ten years we’ve
owned it -- but it’s time to sell.

We love this unit:
-for the generous amount of natural light
-the “great room” feel with the large slide-out
-the convenient and comfortable size (neither too tiny nor cramped
nor too bulky to maneuver)
-for the scads of wonderful memories including living in it full-time
for a couple years while we hosted at Oregon State Parks!

The inside is almost like new with very little “wear” and there has been
no water leakage or damage anywhere. The outside shell shows its age
with minor trim damage.

All mechanical systems work: electric, water, propane, TV & quad
sound, slider, jacks, AC, etc. All necessary equipment included (slider
supports, etc.) plus a frost-free water hose and a small electric heater.

Because of a “tree branch attack” the roof is only four years old (not
fifteen years) which is a big plus in the northwest!
