We're the second owners - we bought it from the original owner who bought it in 2003 and then didn't use it for years due to family issues. This trailer was stored in AZ by previous owner for 15 years, so the inside is almost preserved in 2003 and the outside shows some wear/sun damage. My wife and I used it every week last summer and loved it, but our lifestyle situation has changed and we’re unable to use it this summer, which is why we’re choosing to sell it at this time.

Bathroom/toilet/shower all work, all kitchen appliances (stove and microwave) and sinks work, all lights work, AC and heat work. Heat and AC and fridge all run on LP gas (propane) so you can get by without being hooked up. A 3500 watt generator is INCLUDED with this trailer and will power everything you need.

This trailer is set up for boondocking (we never once hooked up all summer), but hookups will make for an even more luxurious camping experience. All cords/cables/hookups for water and electricity are included.

Grey and Black Water tanks work perfectly and are easy to manage.

One electronic slide - works perfectly - makes for extra space in the living room when parked and better travel when towing.

This trailer has a Queen Bedroom with divider from the rest of the trailer and sleeps 4 more in the living room on a couch and dinette that both turn into full sized beds when desired. Could sleep 3 couples or a family with 2-4 young kids easily.

TONS of storage space both inside and out, cabinets and closets everywhere.

Clean title.

New tires as of May 2021, hubs/bearings were rebuilt in April 2021. Road ready.

Leveling squares and jack included to make parking/setup easy.

An extra propane "camping buddy" heater is also included with the trailer (we found that it was more efficient to run that at night on November nights than to run the travel trailer's heat system).

Also includes a battery box to keep your batteries protected on the tongue.

Also includes a plastic gas can to help keep your generator full longer on extended trips.

Also includes two propane tanks for appliances, etc

Awning works, but is dirty at the moment and could use some cleaning.

Needs a new marine deep cycle battery installed before use.
