We bought it new in 2016. Well maintained. AC unit. Wet bath. Floorplan has kitchen at the rear which allows for more counter space. Some modifications done to increase floor space. Newer tires and two batteries. One 5 gal LP tank. TV satellite, Bluetooth stereo with indoor/outdoor speakers. Livable outdoor space increased with tent attachment.
