Used Rockwood mini lite travel trailer used by one owner and spouse. Outdoor kitchen works great and has mini fridge still intact. No water damage, no smoke damage, and all appliances work great! This camper has a bunk house in back of camper and the padding on the top bunk is in good condition but no padding for the bottom bunk. (We used the bottom bunk as extra storage, photo attached, but the attachment can be put back.) The awning has some typical slight wear on it at the base due to weather. The propane lines, water lines, gray/black tanks all are in great condition and haven't had any issues over the past 4 years of having it. The under belly is heated to keep tanks from freezing in cold temps. It is equipped for solar to be connected and has manual jacks to level the camper on all four corners. We did replace the tongue jack with a new one in 2022 and got the jack from camping world in Lowell. It has a Murphy bed so you'll see the photos of it down and then what it looks like up. This camper is perfect for another couple or even a small family; it sleeps up to 8 people! We didn't travel with it much so tires are in original, good condition. It has done very well in the summer heat and extreme winter weather! We really love the camper life and want to sell this and upgrade to a bigger one.
