replaced Heater with upgraded unit July 2022.
Floor in front of kitchen sink needs repaired due to high traffic, not leaks. Jack-knife sofa needs replaced as well as awning fabric. Small spot in garage floor needs repair also. Kayak rack is not included.
Oversized Smart TV added also.
