Great family RV! It has been stored inside when not in use. The unit is in great condition. Used for weekend camping trips within our state. This is a special edition 2022 version with the fiberglass body (as opposed to metal sided). It can be pulled with a Ford F-150 or equivalent vehicle. Bedroom has a full residential queen bed with sliding door for privacy. Kitchen is "L-shaped" which helps provide more space away from the dinette and couch area. The double bunks are great for kids or adults. The sofa unfolds into a nice size bed. Everything works great! Additional features: 165W solar panel which keeps the batteries well charged; two deep cell marine batteries for plenty of power; outdoor kitchen with additional fridge and stovetop; all the "extras" you need, like levelers, wheel locks, extension cord, hoses, outdoor rug, etc. It's ready to camp! We're willing to help transport to other states/locations for the sale if interested. We can also winterize it for you. We're selling because the kids are now in too many activities to make it work. It's a great unit!
