The huge pantry enhances a very efficient kitchen with a three-burner stove, oven, microwave and a 2-way (gas or electric) Dometic refrigerator/freezer. The bottom cabinets around the stove are deep drawers for easy use. A large farm sink flanked by counters (with drop-down extension), cabinets and drawers is a great work area.

The full bath is off the hall before the bedroom which has a queen-sized bed, three closets, 6 dresser drawers, cabinets over the bed and a large under-bed storage area!  

Receptacles and USB ports are on each side of the bed as well as in the living room and at the dining table. The dining table swivels to be either perpendicular to or parallel with the knee wall that separates the kitchen and living room. This unit has amazing storage inside and a large pass-through storage outside. The large awning provides wonderful shade as well!

Two propane tanks, three waste tanks and a large fresh water holding tank make it easy to boondock, if preferred. The water heater and refrigerator operate on electric or gas. 

This wonderful unit is for sale because I am relocating and cannot take it with me. It is great for travel, snowbirding or for use as a small home that is very comfortable and roomy!
