The jack stands are operated with a remote control. The AC and furnance is controlled thru a digital thermostat. This was stored for 3 years inside a heated shop and now resides under my RV Carport in Missouri. The bed is a California King sized bed. The artwork, truck, and boat are not for sale with this unit. You will get the extended hitch for towing and the Fast-Gun tie downs. Great off-grid camping unit with the large tanks, batteries, and solar panels. The batteries and propane run everything except the AC and Microwave, but you can use the on-board generator to run those. Or you can hook up to shore power and can run everything with just a 15 Amp circuit.everything is very efficient. Outstanding truck camper in superb shape.
