Equipped with fullsize fridge, and all working appliances. 4 working televisions. 4 queen sized mattresses. Self-leveling jacks and elecitric control panel. Master has a large amount of storage and queen size tv. Also, has its own AC unit.
Bathroom has a nice tall shower and storage.
Extra long couch in living room has massaging seats. Plenty long enough for an adult to sleep, there is also a single loft, fire place, tv and a ton of cabinets. Toy hauler is 13' has two fully electric queen lofts. Bottom bunk flips up to a booth and dining table. There are W/D hookups and mounted television. Also, has a powder room with storage. Rear gate flips to patio with a railing. Exterior: Roof is in good condition, tires are probably 70%. We keep it parked at permanet spot so they dont have many road miles. Exterior TV works, exterior speakers need replaced. Back automatic awning works well. Front awning needs a new arm bracket. Generator works. We never use it. Onboard fuel cell included. All electrical, water heater, fireplace and applinaces work great. We are the second owner.
