Description
Hello Campers! We have an adorable vintage 17' 1967 Aristocrat Lo-Liner with the rare shower/toilet compartment for sale.
Details follow…
EXTERIOR:
17' 1967 Aristocrat Lo-Liner Camper Trailer
Single axle with 15" wheels
2700 lbs. Weight confirmed.
2" ball hitch, safety chains, and a seven pin brake and light hookup.
Brakes have been tested and are working great.
Weight distribution saddles on frame.
Running, Brake, and Blinker lights all work and are super bright and really pretty.
Shore power hook up.
Large water holding tank w/ electric pump in exterior cubby accessible and fillable from the outside.
4 leveling jack and a choke.
Propane tank
INTERIOR:
3 burner propane cook stove
Kitchen sink with hot/cold water
A brand new inline propane water heater.
Electric refrigerator, prepped for propane replacement.
Battery with invertor.
The Interior has both traditional and LED lights for times when you don't have shore power and need to run on the battery.
Huge amounts of storage throughout. Like an insane amount.
Large closet.
Bathroom with a newish cassette toilet, and a stand up shower with new hardware.
Dining nook that converts to a sleeping area and futon style bench that also opens to a sleeping area. It all adds up to being able to sleep 4.
There is also a massive amount of widows. All of which are intact and fully operational. When the curtains are open on a sunny day it is super bright in the cabin and really creates a great open space feeling. It's really nice.
There is no onboard heating unit but a small ceramic heater warms up the cabin sufficiently and can plug into electric, the space is prepped for propane heat if you want to go off grid.
Also, there is no waste holding tank built in. We planned on using a portable one. The previous owner just let the water run to the ground. Which is always an option but RV parks don't like that!
Misc items like paints for touch ups, sticky tile, etc
Ok, I think that's about it. Let your imaginations run wild. And come grab a piece history and make it yours.
