Thank you for viewing! This travel trailer has only been owned by us and has a clean title and has served our family well!!! (Purchased pre-covid) We needed it to live in with our two teens when we sold our home and lived in this travel trailer on a family property. We lived in it for under a year. Normal wear and it’s still in excellent condition. We are selling because we haven’t used it in 1.5 years since we bought a house. Looking to get something smaller. Has not been in any accidents. We added a few personal upgrades and touches. (Ex: different sink and added shelves and drying rack in bathroom.) We go in on occasion to dust and check on things. We would love to see it being used by another family. Can sleep up to 8-10 people. Outdoor kitchen. Good size fridge/freezer. Plenty of storage. Sliding doors maximize space. Enough room to walk in front of the master bed to get to the closet. (Can’t do that in all rv’s). Blackout curtains when you need to use them. Skylights help bring in natural light. Has a hookup for small washer & dryer in master bedroom. Has good size tv, a/c, heat, electric fireplace, Bluetooth and yes, we had our kitty with us so we installed a cat door. (He only slept in there at night, spent most of his time outside.) Comes with a weight distribution hitch that I will help you set up.
