RV is in very good condition. We traveled extensively in it last year throughout the Pacific Northwest and had zero issues. The RV is almost 4 years old and has some minor cosmetic issues, but the emphisis is on minor. All systems, slides, awning, water heaters, ACs, entertainment systems, fireplace, etc all work perfectly. We have made some fairly substantial upgrades. Replaced the small two burner outdoor stove with a very nice gas griddle. Installed 3 100amp hr Lithium batteries w/ battery monitor and an awsome 3000 watt onboard inverter. Tires are almost brand new.
