Kids have grown up and moved out so we no longer need the space provided by the large bunk house room. We purchased this fifthwheel in 2019 and have enjoyed the time we have used it. We are selling a 2018 Keystone, 40' Cougar 369BHS that is like new. Very well maintained inside and out. This fifthwheel has four bunk beds in a seperate room off of the main living area that are perfect for the kiddos or friends to reside in. King size bad in the Master berroom with storage space underneath. There is also a tv in the master bedroom. There are washer and dryer hookups in the mater bedroom which we have never used. Two AC untis and two exhaust fans which I have covered with roof vents so they can operate in rain or you can leave them open while you drive. The fan in the kitchen is a variable speed fan. It holds 81 gallons of fresh water and has a 76 gallon gray tank and a 36 gallon black waste tank. There is a rack on the rear of the trailer for bikes or hauling additional equipment.
